ICAR is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

Privacy contact details will be published before live data collection begins.

• Contact information, including your first name, last name, work email and optional LinkedIn profile.
• Professional information about your team, role, purchasing involvement and expected number of users.
• Your questionnaire responses, including workflows, AI usage, preferred integrations, permissions, timing and budget range.
• Basic technical and security information generated when you access the website, such as request logs and the cookie used to remember your privacy choice.

Please do not submit confidential customer data, sensitive personal data or information you are not authorised to share.

• To evaluate and respond to Early Access requests.
• To understand real team workflows and prioritise product development and integrations.
• To contact selected participants about a pilot, product research or access.
• To protect the website, prevent abuse and maintain operational security.
• To comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

We process information needed to respond to your Early Access request in order to take steps at your request before a potential agreement. We may also rely on our legitimate interests in evaluating demand, improving ICAR and securing the website. Optional analytics, if enabled, will rely on your consent.

Access is limited to authorised ICAR personnel and service providers that need the information to operate the website and Early Access programme. The questionnaire is prepared to store responses in Supabase. The website may also be hosted by a cloud hosting provider. These providers process data under their own contractual and security commitments.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect our rights and users.

Early Access responses are kept for up to 24 months after submission, unless you ask us to delete them earlier or a longer period is needed for an active pilot, contractual relationship, legal obligation or dispute.

Some service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual clauses.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. In France, this is the CNIL.

The site uses an essential cookie to remember your privacy preference. Optional analytics will only be enabled with permission. You can change your choice by clearing the site cookie or using the cookie preference control when available.
