ICAR is developing a shared AI agent designed to understand team context and prepare or perform actions across connected workplace tools. The website and Early Access programme are operated by ICAR.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to submit information on behalf of yourself or your organisation. If you participate for a company, you confirm that you have authority to evaluate ICAR and connect any approved workplace tools.

Submitting the questionnaire does not guarantee acceptance, availability, a launch date or access to any specific integration. We may select, prioritise or decline participants based on product fit, security requirements and available capacity.

Unless a separate written pilot agreement says otherwise, the Early Access programme is provided for evaluation and may change or end at any time.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use ICAR to violate the rights of others. You must not submit secrets, regulated data or third-party personal data unless you are authorised to do so.

Any future connection to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, HubSpot or another third-party service will remain subject to that provider's terms and your organisation's permissions. You are responsible for choosing appropriate access levels and obtaining internal approvals.

AI-generated summaries, drafts, recommendations and actions may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing important outputs and decisions, especially those involving customers, contracts, code, payments, employment, security or regulated activities.

You keep ownership of information you submit. You grant ICAR the limited rights needed to process questionnaire responses, evaluate your application and operate an agreed pilot. Feedback may be used to improve ICAR without restriction, provided it does not identify you or disclose your confidential information.

The website, product concepts, software, visual design, trademarks and related materials belong to ICAR or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website and any Early Access service made available to you.

The website and any pre-release service are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, ICAR disclaims implied warranties and does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ICAR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or an evaluation service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may suspend or end access where necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse, technical reasons or changes to the Early Access programme. You may stop participating at any time and may request deletion of your questionnaire data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of France, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply. We may update these terms as the programme evolves. Material changes will apply prospectively.
